Shipping Policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours by our team (excluding weekends and public holidays).
For every order placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email with your shipping confirmation, including your order tracking number.
During busy periods, order preparation may take up to 72 hours, or 3 business days.
The choice of carrier, as well as the price, may vary depending on weight, quantity, product availability, cart amount and the destination country.
OUR SHIPPING METHODS
• By Colissimo (home delivery, pickup point or post office, 3 to 16 business days)
Orders are delivered by La Poste, DPD, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, Geodis, DHL, FedEx, UPS or EMS.
Some products or order volumes may involve a delivery time of more than 14 business days. If so, this will be expressly stated to the customer on the product page.
Some orders may be linked to several suppliers, in which case the items are shipped separately.
SHIPPING COSTS
Delivery is free with no minimum purchase. However, Elegante Lumière reserves the right to change the delivery price for a set period. Such changes are applied without prior notice, but we will inform you as soon as possible.
